Inventory of services and identified gaps

Existing evidence-based programs and practices are inventoried. Gaps in services are identified, including those that are not available or do not meet capacity needs at each decision point. Inefficient processes are also identified for improvement to expand access to appropriate services by reducing any bottlenecks.
